What if I don't like the demo?
Tell us what's not right and we'll adjust it. If it's still not for you, walk away. The demo is free and you owe nothing.
How long does it take?
Your demo is usually ready within 48 hours of receiving your questionnaire. Once you approve it, most sites go live in about 7 days, depending on how quickly we get your photos and details.
Do I need to write the text and supply photos?
No. We can write the words for you from a quick chat. Your own photos work best, but we can start with quality stock images and swap them later.
Who owns the website?
You do. Your domain is registered in your name, and the website is yours to keep, even if you stop the Care Plan.
Can I make changes after it's live?
Yes. On the Care Plan, just send us what you'd like changed, up to 3 small changes a month. Without it, we quote for changes as you need them.
Do you only work with certain industries?
We work with all kinds of businesses across New Zealand and Australia, from solar installers and trades to clinics, shops and local services.
Do you work with Australian businesses?
Yes. Everything is done online, so we build websites for businesses anywhere in Australia as well as New Zealand. Prices are shown in NZD, and we're happy to quote in AUD.
